4-star RB Devon Lawrence, brother of Clemson star DT Dexter Lawrence, told me tonight that his final two schools are North Carolina and UCLA. He already took an official visit to UNC and is planning an official visit to UCLA for the Oregon game next weekend. Lawrence will announce a commitment in November.
When asked if UNC was the team to beat he answered "You could say that."
