Via UCLA:
Adam Weber has been named interim quarterbacks coach by UCLA interim head coach Jedd Fisch. Weber, who has been serving as an offensive analyst for the team this season, fills the open spot on the Bruins coaching staff. He came to UCLA after beginning his coaching career at his alma mater, the University of Minnesota, serving as a graduate assistant during the 2015 and 2016 seasons.
Weber played quarterback at Minnesota, where he finished his career as the Gophers’ all-time leader in passing yards (10,917) and touchdown passes (72). At the time, he became just the fifth quarterback in Big Ten history to reach the 10,000-passing yards milestone.
Weber went on to sign professional contracts in the NFL with the Denver Broncos and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and in the Canadian Football League with the Saskatchewan Rough Riders.
