Anfernee Simons originally committed to Louisville, but when the Cardinals were caught up in the basketball scandal he de-committed. In somewhat of a coup the Bruins got in on him, and had a visit with the talented point guard yesterday.
While the visit is technically considered "in-home" Simons attends prep school IMG, in Bradenton, Florida. So it's not clear if the staff connected with the Simons family ... or more likely just Anfernee and the IMG coaching staff.
In the meantime it may have at least some significance that Simons retweeted the tweet below.
