Per his Twitter Devon Modster -- the Tesoro High School QB that UCLA has offered -- is announcing his college choice Wednesday at 2:22 P.M. Why the reason for the odd time of 2:22 wasn't mentioned, but the betting line is it has nothing to do with the old TV show Room 222.......LOL
