There is no question McClure has done an outstanding job as a recruiter but even more impressive is his job in developing 3 star players like Marcus Moore, Odighizuma and Isidor, guys that were less heralded. The dline is always rotating players to keep them fresh so depth is critical.
Sounds like Phillips is a future NFL high draft choice...maybe a Top Five choice?
