Chandler (Ariz.) Basha four-star QB Ryan Kelley, one of UCLA's top priorities in the 2017 class, tells me he's visiting the Rose Bowl on Oct. 3 to see the Bruins take on Arizona State -- another school that he's strongly considering. He saw the Sun Devils in action on Saturday against Cal Poly.
