In getting the new staff in place.

I won't comment about the individual new staff members. Its much to early. I learned from past experience when I thought Yarber was a great hire. Boy was I ever wrong. In previous stops not only was Yarber a good coach but a fantastic recruiter. Apparently his time in the pro's turned his thinking around where he didn't want to deal with eighteen year old recruits.

Yes I should have learned when Yarber was hired that for some strange reason he just sat around the office in the first month he was hired instead of going out on the road recruiting. I thought perhaps he needed to take his test. Than as weeks went by he still sat in the office. Strange.

Well I guess we all know by now about his laziness. Mora has to share in the blame. He must have had blinders on that he couldn't see what was going on. Even lowly fans like me could figure it out. The only assumption that could be drawn was that Mora was condoning it.

Mora is showing signs that he's getting turned around. Let's hope it continues.
