UCLA extended an offer to incoming freshman Cassius Stanley this afternoon.
Stanley is a 6-foot-5, 180-pound combo guard, who is one of the best 2019 prospects in the country.
I've watched a lot of Cassius, who will be attending high school at Studio City (Calif.) Harvard Westlake, over the last few months and he's already a highly-advanced offensive player. He plays a lot of point guard at the AAU level and while he's still learning the ins' and outs' of the position, he plays with a PG mindset and is an above-average ball handler. The most intriguing part of his game is his athleticism. He's one of the most explosive athletes in the country regardless of class.
