I have a box full of newspaper sections, magazines, game programs and the like that document the run of the 95 team in the tournament.
I know Bob Myers well enough to email him a few years ago and I offered him that box. He said his family had overdone the same exercise and he was good.
I still have it and want to give it to a team member or staff member who may want evidence of that ride. Maybe I am projecting emotional value on it that people who experienced it don’t share. I just think that someone would appreciate it.
I would expect nothing for it. It’s not an attempt to befriend a onetime bmoc. I just happened to have kept a box for a long time and think someone closer to the situation would value it more.
