How would you feel if Jim Harbaugh was your coach?

He’s been a proven winner at Stanford, Niners and Michigan. He’s taken Michigan to back to back CFPs. But, he’s constantly flirting with taking an NFL gig. I would imagine this has to weigh on the team, recruits, coaches, etc.

Would you be willing to accept uncertainty every offseason for a proven winner?
