If Mora and company are really reinvigorated and we have some good new coaches coming in to coach up the team, then we have some bodies at key positions for the future plus a few short-term impact players on board.
If Mora has packed it in and/ or cannot adjust to the current state of football and fails, we have a decent situation for the next coach that won't take years of rebuilding.
There are 7-8 guys in this class that have NFL potential. (Not saying that 7-8 will play on Sundays.)
With those players plus the additional guys at OL, some of whom may turn out to be starter material, we have a solid base for what would otherwise be considered a terrible situation.
