Stanford has had the same scheme for what, 10 years? how about Oregon?
those 2 teams have dominated the pac 12 since its inception. they are both programs that have consistency.
I think our scheme is fine, the lack of adjustments can be frustrating, but I get the feeling that Josh will be calling the plays in the not too distant future.
Another thing to think about: Mora has always held that every call (both offensive and defensive) go through his headset. If this is true, Mora is just as much to blame about the lack of adjustments. If he is as good of a coach that we think he is, he should be able to coach up his assistants and help them to clean up their weaknesses.
