Is it possible to "spy" McCaffrey?

I was thinking about this as I was watching the SC/Stanford game this weekend. Is it possible to spy McCaffrey the same as we did the BYU qb? I know it can work on some lower levels i.e. high school, pop warner, etc. but I don't know if it could work against a sophisticated offense like Stanford's. Any thoughts?
