It seems to me he doesn't see the field all that well. I'm not saying he locks on to one receiver, although he does at times (all QBs do) but it does seem as if he often does not look at the whole field, more looking at a specific area of the field.
Stlll, love watching him play and he seems to throw effortlessly and have really good pocket presence, which I can't recall in a UCLA QB in quite some time.
