Over the summer word filtered out that LiAngelo Ball was dropping weight, and serious about reshaping his body. Also that in scrimmages against the pros he was looking trimmer and moving better than expected.
I posted a video last month of Ali and some of the freshman dunking in the men's gym. Ball was in it for one dunk, and he did look trimmer. However the loose fitting long sleeve shirt he had on made it hard to determine much.
In the last paragraphs of The Times story on Alford's comments about the scandal had more information about LiAngelo's change.
