...even though he was never offered either job!

Apparently, to appeal to recruits, he's also going to turn down President of the Universe even though that position doesn't exist... and even if it did, surely there would be better candidates. Either way, he's still going to publicly turn it down. He's quite the bRuin!

I understand Sark turned down the Texas job after Mora did, and more emphatically. Good for him and SC.
