Super Lazy Chip made essentially close to zero efforts in:
1) Fan engagement (that is, no spring games, closed practices, no Bruin Walk, lowest attendance ever)
2) Abandonment of the 'Kicker U' recruiting pipeline which thrived for decades
3) No major donor engagement and no 'press the flesh' presence - this was near-terminal in the NIL era.
4) Very limited recruiting except for the portal.
What Chip did do was to fake it and 'look busy' by focusing endlessly on relatively inconsequential things
where he did not ever have to 'leave the building' - such as nutrition, memes, slogans, press conferences with just him
and no assistants ever speaking.
