Need Help with Rivals Billing

Can anyone help me with access and billing to Rivals.com? For about a month, I cannot access the forum even though it tells me I am subscriped and signed in. I even tried to renew manually and it did not give me an option to do monthly so I clicked annually. The system then says "Opps we fumbled, try again", so I did it again and again it gave me the same message. I looked at my credit card online and it doubled billed me, and still I cannot access the forum. To make things more complicated, I cant seem to find an email contact I can write to them in regards to this. Their so called phone support is very difficult as it is only Monday through Friday 8-5 central time in which case, I am at work.... Can someone help? They obviously have no problem billing me twice, yet I cannot sign in or find reasonable customer service....
