A group of recruits from Millikan High School in Long Beach visited UCLA yesterday and some of them came away with offers. One of the new offers that went out was for 2024 two-way athlete prospect Ryan Pellum, who already has over 40 offers despite still being a sophomore. He is the nephew of Don Pellum, so there is a bit of a connection there for the Bruins. I was able to watch him previously in action and he has all the skills to be a difference maker on either side of the ball. He is more natural on offense and that is where the Bruins see him playing, but he could easily be a defensive back in college and make an impact in the secondary.
UCLA is the 11th Pac-12 school to offer him so far with Stanford being the only one that hasn't offered him yet. Ohio State, Alabama, Texas, Notre Dame, Michigan, LSU, Texas A&M and Georgia are some of the other schools on his offer list already.
