Then came signing day and he’s met with a list of players entering the portal and the news that his top quarterback recruit had flipped to Arkansas.
But CDF isn’t one to mope and worry about what he lost.
He acted quickly and decisively in recognizing a problem and dealing with it.
He quickly dispatched his OC and just as quickly hired another who, by all reports, is a fast-rising coach and also a great recruiter, then flipped a 4-star QB to replace the one who flipped to Arkansas and I have little doubt come De. 9 he will start filling holes of need through the portal.
CDF is definitely a man of action and I like what he’s doing.
