UCLA had an away game at Nebraska in 2013 the week after Nick Pasquale's tragic accident. While it is common, for visiting teams to be booed as they come on the field, that day UCLA was cheered by Nebraska fans and they release Blue and Gold ballons to honor his memory; I believe they also had a 36 Jersey painted on the field. I cannot imagine the grief that the Pasquale family still endures (we are not supposed to bury our children). Hopefully, this weekend they can look back at that greeting his teammates received when they ran on the field that day. The classiest thing I have ever seen in college sports.
