Sampson Niu declared for UO this morning on KUSI tv in San Diego. He said that he had visited UCLA and that the bruins were one of nine schools in his final list. His video sure looks impressive but he looks very much the high school kid in his street clothes; as if he could use a lot of time in the weight room. Still, a 4 star LB is tough to lose.
