"USC head coach Steve Sarkisian will take a leave of absence to seek treatment for an undisclosed condition, a source told ESPN's Joe Schad.

Trojans offensive coordinator Clay Helton will serve as the team's interim head coach. Helton previously served as the Trojans interim head coach for the 2013 Las Vegas Bowl after previous interim head coach, Ed Orgeron, quit."
