what about giving Neuheisel a chance to redeem himself at UCLA...as OC? I know it sounds crazy, hiring the former HC back as the OC, but Rick knows the game especially offensively and as a former QB/QB coach/HC/etc, he could definitely help Rosen develop. Also, he did leave an NFL OC position to become UCLA's HC...just throwing it out there.
