Got back from palo alto yesterday and forced myself to watch the game (a couple of times.) and its finally happened, I have become so involved with this team that I either need help or a rope. Lets deal with the 2 easy ones first... I don't normally blame officials, but this was perhaps the most one-sided officiated game I have watched in a long time. From the very first call on Jordan (and who knows how this game ends if we get that first down) to the pass interference call; from the targeting to the lack of holding calls on the Stanford offensive line, it was just plain wrong. OK, enough of that... feel free to react as you wish...

Anyone hear coach m on rich eisen two weeks ago? He said he was tired of our place kicker knocking the ball through the end zone... that he never got to watch our special team be special... Well, coach, we've seen that special team for two games now... can we please go back to kicking through the end zone.

Now the biggies... I just don't know where to turn other than...leaving the country until after football season (I do have great seats for all home and away games) How can we possibly have a defensive coordinator that refuses to make changes..... I am so sick of giving up 3rd and longs... so sick. is there some rule at ucla that says we cannot rush more than 4 guys... ever... how come we can all see it, but our coaches can't. What, they are afraid of giving up 50 points by blitzing or doing strange things... wait we have given up 50...twice

are we afraid of changing our offense to ball control... and maybe not gain 500 yds... wait we can gain 500 yds and still give up 50 pts...

how come we can see that by putting josh under center and running the ball 50 times, we might keep our damaged defense off the field.

I guess what frustrates me so much is my belief in these players and in coach mora.... but come on guys... its time to make some dramatic changes to the way we are playing and coaching the game

so here we are... its either
a. not care so much
b. be happy just beating usc every year and not worry about joining the elite
c. continue to pull out what little hair I have as coach m continues to try and get ucla into elite status
d. any other ideas you might want to come up with....
e. none of the above
