Although pretty ambitious statement for a young QB who was just routed by Stanford less than an hour before, you have to love his moxie and his drive to win. Despite being in the middle of the "perfect storm" Thursday night, he never gave up and played as though he still could pull off a win.

I don't know if it will be enough, but this team has the grit and drive to still have a decent season, if not quite the one we had hoped for. When I get frustrated with the team I take a reality check and look back at where UCLA and the Pac 12 was just a few years ago and realize just how tough our conference has become. When we do reach the top (and I still believe it will be during the Rosen era) it is going to mean that much more to us because of the path we will have had to travel to get there.

In the Pac twelve it is a marathon to the end and we as supporters can't drop out at mile 12 just because of leg cramps. The team hasn't hit the hypothetical wall yet and neither should we. Go Bruins!
