I was going to call coach Rick on college sports Sirius/Xm today but did not get a chance. (Speaking of that, if you are not listening to channel 84, u r making a mistake. Especially with the lack of radio support in Los Angeles for bruin football)

Ok, here goes... I would love to get coach mora alone for ten minutes to discuss Saturday night. Incidentally, I was at the game, as I am for 95% of all our games. Which coming from Fort Worth every week is not alway easy. But I love this football program and really love this team and where coach mora and the entire staff is taking it.

Now, after watching in person and then watching on tape and then listening to mora rant about how bad our rush defense was, it raised an interesting theory in my head and am looking for everyone's thoughts.

I think mora is incredibly smart. I think coach Bradley is also quite intelligent, so it raised the question in my head... What the hell was going on Saturday night, especially after Solomon went down.

If you watch the film, you notice that for 95% of the game we stayed in the same defense A defense that left us wide open to getting killed by the run. With that in mind it raised the question, why. So here goes.

I think mora and Bradley felt in complete control of the game and did not care how many yards we surrendered. I think Moras rant after the game was for show. I think they decided to be as basic as possible because most coaches out here don't know Bradley and I personally think they were trying to NOT give ASU or Stanford any more film then necessary about our defense.

I think this was a complete ploy. I think Bradley has played it as close to the vest as possible so that down the road the coaches will have no idea what his calls will be.

So don't worry about the 300 Yds. Come this Saturday, we will see plenty of other alignments and changes on the go to make sure we continue to win. But just enough changes to win. They will continue to not overplay their hand.

Just one mans opinion
