The Final Four coaches put out a statement in support of the NCAA's position on a new Indiana law causing much controversy.

The surprise was (well, not so much of a surprise considering how much society has evolved on this subject) NASCAR has also made a statement on the law very much in opposition. To say they were less then subtle in laying out the real intent and purpose involved would be an understatement. From the article linked above:
"NASCAR is disappointed by the recent legislation passed in Indiana. We will not embrace nor participate in exclusion or intolerance."
