A parent at my sons high school, Rick, does the announcing of our games. I am videoing the game for tape review and we got to talking. Long story shot, he heard my son, a freshman, needed knee surgery. He recommended another doctor for a second opinion. We did. That's when we met the Chief of Sports Medicine DAVID McALLISTER. He is one of a group of doctors that are taking care of our athletes at UCLA and now the L.A. Lakers. What a hook up! Great guy and very detailed in what needs to be done and how to recover from it. He is there for you, welcomes dialogue and gives you options all basted on what is best for the patient
So we are off to surgery in November. What a journey this will be.
I pay it forward.
