First let me start by saying that the media covering the bruins are not very in depth. They let mora and Bradley continue to say that the problem is tackling. What a farce. For two years now, this defense allows holes the size of Columbia. Every run gets a minimum of 5 yards. Sorry that is not tackling. That is Us not making any changes to our defense in an effort to stop the run.
Please. Let me say I am not a D.C. But after two years of being 120 in run defense what do we have to lose to try some "out of the box" defensive sets.
Yes we don't tackle, but I truly think our coaches need to try something way different. Maybe no down linemen. I don't know. I only know that this defense cannot stop my sister from running the ball.
Maybe we come up with something to hit the runner one yard from the line. Put 9 guys between the hash. Use our fastest d-backs as outside linebackers.
