I was lucky to be in Palo Alto this Sunday and witness firsthand with my son our UCLA men's water polo team (26-2) give the UCLA athletic department its 124th National Championship, beating USC (23-6) 11-8!! The UCLA Water Polo program is a remarkable program. HC Adam Wright now has 8 NC's to his name at UCLA- 2 as a player, 5 as the men's team HC, and 1 as the Women's team HC.
The Stanford Avery aquatic stadium was a fantastic place to witness this. The place was really rocking! Anyone that has a chance to witness a big UCLA v SC water polo game will have a great
time, not to mentioned coming away impressed, as UCLA has some serious players out there. Half the team are probably bigger than most of our LBs and DLs.
