Four-star cornerback David Long took a visit to UCLA today, and, as promised, he did not commit on the trip. Yet the Los Angeles (Calif.) Loyola athlete said he came away impressed with what he saw nonetheless.
"It went great," Long said. "From academics to football to just campus life and the feeling."
Long has quickly emerged as one of the top cornerback prospects in the region, and he said after Tuesday's Westwood trip, UCLA is looking good to him.
"I'm in good standing (with UCLA) and I'm looking forward to hearing more," he said.
Long said he's targeting a return trip to UCLA on Saturday for its morning spring practice.
