Now that Signing Day is over, these interesting stories come up and I wanted to pass this one along.
So apparently BYU had become a major player in Juarez's recruitment at the end with no one really thinking so. The BYU coaches had him out to campus, his parents are supposed to be moving to Utah, his mom wore a BYU hat to the signing day press conference, and all this time everybody else was convinced that it was UCLA or an SEC school.
A good source told me that BYU thought they really turned him in the last few days and were hopeful leading up to the decision. That would have been a shocker to me.
