Strong work by Bosco winning the state title, knocking off other powerhouses Mater Dei & De La Salle along the way. Another stellar game by UCLA commit Logan Loya. In typical LAT fashion, not one mention of the fact that he's headed to UCLA. You better believe this guy would have mentioned it if any of these young men were headed to U$C.

However, the clown show reporter did manage to mention that DJ is leaving CA to head clear across the country to Clemson. Do not know any other place in the country where I have lived where one of the two primary hometown teams would not get a plug from the local paper that a recruit is headed there after a game of this magnitude. Certainly wouldn't happen in the south where I grew up. They protect their own.
But, in typical LA fashion, these guys just jump on whatever bandwagon is hot at that time. SMH.
