This game should not be close. The weather might be more of a weather than the OSU offense.
The Bruins are banged up. But, they are deeper and more talented. Rosen is improving each game.
I would look at the following things:
1. Collins, the running QB is not going to play. Collins has the longest run of the year for OSU. Mitchell is not as an effective a runner.
2. OSU's OL is decimated even more than ours.
3. Mitchell is only completing 47% of his passes.
4. They do not give up big plays. But, they do not make good plays.
The Bruins on O have to use the pass to set up the run. They can push around the smaller OSU line. But, Rosen should try and get them out of position to get the run game going. On D, they need to follow the template of Cal. They have to force Mitchell to throw the ball into tight spaces. Load up the box, and bring the corners in to pressure the Beavs. Will Bradley/Mora do this?
