We already knew our D as depleted as it is wasn't going to survive a lot of time on the field.
Our special teams is downgraded as well for the same reasons. I expected that too.
Our only hope was that our offense would have success and limit that wear on the D. In other words win in a shootout.
We ended up losing the game in the first quarter in a half with just gut wrenching penalties on offense. Just brutal penalties.
And of course we lost a couple of linemen and then it got much worse.
And to all those guys that wanted is to press. You got it. Our DBs just aren't that good.
