The team that beat SC can win it
But nothing comes easy for us.
To win the tournament we have to win 3 games.
The first will come against the winner of the Wisconsin/Rutgers-Nebraska winner.
In regular season we beat Wisconsin by 2 and lost to Rutgers by 7 and to Nebraska by 10. Both losses on the road; win was at home.
We are playing well right now and should win our first game.
Then we likely run into Michigan State.
That will be a great game.
We are capable IF:
We win the turnover battle
We break even on the boards
We make 35-40 percent of our 3s.
Mara plays 15-20 minutes
We get balanced scoring.
We need a lot to go right.
We were 7-0 this year vs former PAC 12 teams.
We were 7-7 vs Big 10 teams (not counting sc, wash and Oregon)
Against those Big 10 teams we were 2-5 on the road, 5-2 at home.
Bottom line: We will be grinding in every game
