Hello everyone,
So the transition from Rivals to On3 has started, and so I wanted to jump on here and offer up a look ahead to what is next for BruinBlitz. The good news is that not all that much will change for you, our subscribers. That's great! The site has already started to redirect and you all should have access to the new message boards and content that will begin going up soon. You will have access to the expanded On3 network and be able to read message boards and websites from across the country.
Here is an FAQ put together by the staff at On3 for subscribers making the move. You shouldn't have to do anything different to continue accessing the site and now have the added bonus of having the ability to read content from both Rivals and On3 moving forward.
I am stepping into an expanded role here at BruinBlitz and taking over as publisher of the site. We appreciate everything that Ryan Young provided behind the scenes, and are grateful for all the resources he provided for us while serving as the publisher. The new path will allow me to have a more active role in providing content to you all from both a recruiting and team perspective.
It is an exciting time for the Bruins with recruiting trending in the right direction and the arrival of Nico Iamaleava and all the optimism around the football team. This new era for the site by joining up with On3 should allow for expanded coverage of UCLA, and I am excited for what the community can become moving forward.
Every single one of you is appreciated, and that will not change moving forward.
Tracy has been integral here over the last few years, and I'm eager to continue building things and for how he factors into the future covering the Bruins.
So, I look forward to the future and am happy to have you all along the journey as the move to On3 takes place.
