Very frustrating to see so many blown opportunities tonight, the ASU game and the Stanford game. I'm wondering if you all believe its because of youth? Mainly our wide outs who drop footballs like they were hot coals. They also totally whiff on routes.
The other youth issue is our OL that has already gotten Josh knocked out for at least tonight's game. Our OL has gotten thoroughly abused two weeks in a row. For sure, WSU's DL is pretty good but they are not as good as Utah's DL which sent three players to the trainer's table in the Utah v. OSU game this afternoon [put two QBs out of the game].
I'm not excited about our game with Utah at home. If our OL plays like they have the last two weeks they are going to get their tails kicked in and its good we have Fafaul who can get out of the pocket because if he doesn't he's going to get messed up as well. We have a lot of young guys on the right side of the line and a first year center.
So back to the question, do you all believe that youth is the culprit with our recievers and OL?
