The sophomore was a preferred walk-on at Ohio State last season.
Morrow is a product of Episcopal High School in Bellaire, Texas and was an Adidas All-American after finishing as a finalist for the Chris Rubio Award given to the nation’s top high school long snapper.
He entered the transfer portal April 17.
