The UCLA men’s basketball program will face Ohio State in the CBS Sports Classic on Saturday, Dec. 19. The Bruins’ game in Cleveland will take place at approximately 1:15 p.m. (PT), as the second contest in a doubleheader.
Organizers for this season’s CBS Sports Classic announced updated matchups for the event on Wednesday. The revised schedule was created to more closely align COVID-19 testing protocols between the competing programs (UCLA, Ohio State, North Carolina, and Kentucky) and their respective conferences.
UCLA’s game against Ohio State will be nationally televised on CBS. The radio broadcast will be available in the Los Angeles area on AM 1150 (KEIB).
The Bruins have registered a 6-4 all-time record against Ohio State. These two programs last faced each other in Dec. 2018 at the CBS Sports Classic in Chicago (United Center). Ohio State won that meeting, 80-66.
