Florida-based WR Josh Palmer has broken his pledge to Syracuse and is currently visiting Tennessee. He intends to visit UCLA afterward. It will be his last official visit.
Palmer wasn't going to de-commit from Syracuse, but they told him they would drop him if he visited UT. Palmer considered this and then saved Syracuse the trouble by de-committing on the spot.
